As part of the Metropolitan Police Traffic Management Team with particular responsibility for running the Coach Advisory Service. Bob gained a wide experience in Traffic Management and P.C.V. Operations with regards to Tourism.

This suplimented with his experience as a Blue Badge guide, and his ongoing work with the Confederation of Passenger Transport puts him in an excellent position to provide Consultancy on Coach Issues at all levels. In addition to this Bob writes for a number of trade publications on all aspects of his business.

Bob has worked with, National GovernmenT, Local Authorities, individual companies and trade organisations. Providing high levels of service to all. As testimony to his impact on the Coach travel and tourism industry he has one a number of awards, most recently the 'Outstanding Contribution to Group Travel' Award at the Group Travel Organisations Awards 2005.
